Lift technician wanted in Hoonah-Angoon Census Area

Now hiring: we are hiring a lift technician in Hoonah-Angoon Census Area, Alaska. The job is on a high-rise construction site. On the job you will handle: • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts What we are looking for: • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
