Parcel delivery rider wanted in Yolo County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a parcel delivery rider in Yolo County, California. You should have: • Ability to ride safely in heavy traffic and in monsoon rain • Basic reading and number skills to handle addresses and cash • Willing to work shifts, weekends and peak meal times On the job you will handle: • Call or message customers to confirm the address and drop-off point • Capture proof of delivery with a customer signature or photo on the handset • Scan the barcode on every consignment before pick-up and after drop-off • Collect cash-on-delivery (COD) payments and reconcile the float at shift end • Check tyre pressure, brakes, chain tension and engine oil before riding out • Sort failed deliveries and arrange a re-attempt or return to the hub Six days a week, one day off. We offer $5,500 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
