Join our team: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Renville County, North Dakota. Day to day you will control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions; prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run; grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper; set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator. Ideal candidate: • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
