Vacancy available: aluminium TIG welder (Arkansas)

Immediate opening: we are hiring an aluminium TIG welder in Conway County, Arkansas. You will work on a structural steel site. Day to day you will strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks. What we are looking for: • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
