Immediate opening: argon arc welder (West Virginia)

Join our team: we are hiring an argon arc welder in Lincoln County, West Virginia. Requirements: • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination The role involves clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
