The role involves: • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming • Clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat Ideal candidate: • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents Full-time with occasional weekends.
