Immediate opening: we are hiring an aluminium technician in Cherokee County, Iowa. You will be based in a fabrication and glazing factory. You will fit EPDM rubber gaskets and beading into the glazing channels; install glass panels and secure them with glazing beads; drill, tap and rivet sections and fix with self-drilling screws; crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine; anchor frames to brick or RCC openings with fixing lugs and dash fasteners; load and offload fabricated units without scratching the finish. Requirements: • Physically able to lift and carry heavy glass and profiles • Skilled on cutting, crimping and punching machines At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
