Vacancy available: puncture repair technician (Illinois)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a puncture repair technician in Logan County, Illinois. You will work in a commercial truck tyre depot. You will keep the tyre bay tidy and dispose of scrap tyres; torque the wheel nuts to spec with a torque wrench; inflate tyres to the manufacturer's recommended PSI, including nitrogen fills; fit new tyres onto rims and seat the bead correctly; repair punctures with mushroom plugs and internal patches; handle truck and bus tyres, including split-rim assemblies. Requirements: • Basic record-keeping and customer-facing skills • Knowledge of correct torque settings and TPMS resets Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided.
