Render and set plasterer • Guthrie County, Iowa

We are recruiting: we are hiring a render and set plasterer in Guthrie County, Iowa. Day to day you will mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency; apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork; skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration; clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets; tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler. You should have: • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites We offer $3,200 per month plus benefits.
