Great opportunity: we are hiring a roofer in South Lanarkshire, Scotland. You will be based at a roofing and cladding contractor. On the job you will handle: • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing • Fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits • Insulate and ventilate the roof void • Hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater • Install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens Requirements: • A good head for heights and steady balance • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate • Willing to work outdoors in all weather Rotating shifts.
