Requirements: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant Day to day you will spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction; follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels; clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin; work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals; refuel the machine and record running hours.
