Back-of-house cleaner — Stirling

Vacancy available: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Stirling, Scotland. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Day-to-day duties: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around £140 per day, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
