Powder coating line operator • Sandoval County, New Mexico

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Sandoval County, New Mexico. You will work at a fabrication and coating plant. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens The role involves: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
