Now hiring: we are hiring a stitching operator in Udi, Enugu State. Requirements: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus Day to day you will trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
