Machine operator (earthworks) • Yell County, Arkansas

Join our team: we are hiring a machine operator (earthworks) in Yell County, Arkansas. The job is in a demolition and site-clearance yard. Day-to-day duties: • Load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage • Clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter You should have: • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
