Powder coating line operator wanted in Ontario County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Ontario County, New York. The job is at a powder coating unit. You should have: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms On a typical shift you will mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
