We are recruiting: we are hiring a grill cook in Ibadan North East, Oyo State. The job is at a roadside dhaba. Day-to-day duties: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
