Join our team: we are hiring a collision repair technician in Idaho County, Idaho. You will work in an insurance-approved repair centre. The role involves: • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray What we are looking for: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding Pay around $3,600 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
