Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Calhoun County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Calhoun County, South Carolina. You will work at a fast-food outlet. Your main tasks: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Punctual, reliable and hard-working 6+ years on the tools preferred.
