Natural gas fitter wanted in Gila County

Now hiring: we are hiring a natural gas fitter in Gila County, Arizona. You will work on residential and apartment building sites. The role involves fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances; lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points; purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate; check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray; test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser; locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections. Requirements: • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration Pay around $4,100 per month, based on your experience.
