Immediate opening: we are hiring a hydraulic press operator in Lake and Peninsula Borough, Alaska. On the job you will handle: • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts What we are looking for: • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
