Great opportunity: we are hiring a sewing machine operator in Gwagwalada, Federal Capital Territory. The job is in a textile and apparel unit. You should have: • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams On a typical shift you will inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
