Great opportunity: trowel-trade bricklayer (Kansas)

Join our team: we are hiring a trowel-trade bricklayer in Finney County, Kansas. What we are looking for: • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one On a typical shift you will buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge; raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish; pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints; building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses; cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder; installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
