Great opportunity: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Sabine Parish, Louisiana. The job is in a five-star hotel. Day-to-day duties: • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts We offer $5,400 per month plus benefits.
