Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Calvert County, Maryland. You will be based on an industrial coating line. On a typical shift you will inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
