Immediate opening: we are hiring a fire and safety officer in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. You will be based at a busy construction site. You should have: • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate On a typical shift you will conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site; update the risk register and method statements (RAMS); run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points.
