Urgent requirement: tandoor cook (Borno State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Kwaya Kusar, Borno State. You will work at a roadside dhaba. What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Your main tasks: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
