Now hiring: we are hiring a gas commissioning technician in Ifedayo, Osun State. The role involves: • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation Requirements: • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches Six days a week, one day off. ₦105,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
