Day to day you will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare the mise en place before each service; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
