We are recruiting: we are hiring a HVAC installer in Oscoda County, Michigan. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years hands-on split and cassette AC installation experience • Presentable and polite with customers on site • Own set of hand tools, gauges and flaring kit preferred Day to day you will insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving; core-drill through brick and concrete walls to route the refrigerant piping; cut, flare and bend copper pipe for the liquid and suction lines; charge and top up refrigerant (R32, R410A) off the manifold gauges; check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge; evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum. We offer $4,900 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
