Now hiring: we are hiring a crawler crane operator in Rusk County, Wisconsin. You will be based on a bridge and infrastructure project. Ideal candidate: • Current medical and eyesight certificate • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts You will read and interpret the load chart before every lift; fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins; help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground; rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams.
