Great opportunity: we are hiring a pot washer in Clay County, Alabama. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. Day to day you will polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils. What we are looking for: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
