Shuttering carpenter wanted in Greene County

Join our team: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Greene County, New York. The job is on a metro and tunnel project. On a typical shift you will watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure. Requirements: • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
