Natural stone fabricator wanted in Alpena County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a natural stone fabricator in Alpena County, Michigan. You will work on a residential building site. Ideal candidate: • Reliable timekeeping and able to work in a team • Able to read measurements, templates and cutting lists Your main tasks: • Lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar • Shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels • Fix marble cladding to building facades with anchors and clamps • Measure up and template countertops and floor areas before cutting • Seal natural stone against staining with impregnating sealers Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
