Urgent requirement: trowel-trade bricklayer (Idaho)

Join our team: we are hiring a trowel-trade bricklayer in Gem County, Idaho. You will work on a busy housing site. You should have: • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) Your main tasks: • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints • Building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings • Laying bricks to the line, level and plumb At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
