We are recruiting: line cook (Delta State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a line cook in Warri South-West, Delta State. The job is at a roadside dhaba. Your main tasks: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
