Great opportunity: we are hiring a waiter in Union County, New Mexico. You will be based at a rooftop bar and grill. You should have: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts On the job you will handle: • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Clear and reset tables between covers • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins Part-time with flexible hours.
