Ideal candidate: • Current Driver CPC qualification card • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips • Valid digital tachograph card Day to day you will couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock; log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards; carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off; check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels; operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading; keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load.
