Gas meter installer — Washington County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gas meter installer in Washington County, Utah. You should have: • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration On a typical shift you will test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser; thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant; locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections; fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls; run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $3,700 per month plus benefits. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
