Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Your main tasks: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Season and marinate meat on request • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder 2+ years on the tools preferred.
