Safety officer — Wilkes County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a safety officer in Wilkes County, Georgia. Requirements: • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot You will verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates; check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors.
