Immediate opening: rigging foreman (Pennsylvania)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a rigging foreman in Mercer County, Pennsylvania. You will be based in a steel fabrication yard. Requirements: • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles You will read lift plans and method statements before starting; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller.
