Immediate opening: we are hiring a chef de partie in Monroe County, Arkansas. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Day to day you will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
