Join our team: we are hiring a MIG welder in Hale County, Alabama. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Willing to work shifts and overtime You will strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $4,400 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
