Long-haul driver — Sac County

Join our team: we are hiring a long-haul driver in Sac County, Iowa. The job is at a container freight yard. Your main tasks: • Present documents at weighbridges and check posts • Complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits • Carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off • Log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards Requirements: • Valid digital tachograph card • Confident with manual handling and load securing • Current Driver CPC qualification card Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
