Vacancy available: we are hiring a wall and floor tiler in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. Day-to-day duties: • Check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away • Set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges • Match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls • Fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims • Make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits • Lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level You should have: • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone 5+ years on the tools preferred.
