Fabrication workshop technician • Medina County, Ohio

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fabrication workshop technician in Medina County, Ohio. The job is at a busy uPVC fabrication workshop. On the job you will handle: • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash • Fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash Ideal candidate: • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
