Great opportunity: commis chef (Wyoming)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a commis chef in Weston County, Wyoming. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking On the job you will handle: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Prepare the mise en place before each service At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
