Immediate opening: we are hiring a short order cook in Crittenden County, Arkansas. The role involves label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Full-time with occasional weekends. $180 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
