We are recruiting: we are hiring a ladle pourer in Oye, Ekiti State. Ideal candidate: • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal The role involves melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces; fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges; shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale; assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
